Morris M. Kromah was born in Liberia, West Africa. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration and has completed extensive training in clinical systems management. After a distinguished career spanning over 20 years in healthcare and information technology roles across the United States, Mr. Kromah transitioned his lifelong passion for humanitarian service into his full-time vocation. His professional journey includes leadership roles at major healthcare facilities, where he managed clinical operations, patient care services, and healthcare information systems.
Mr. Kromah is the Founder and CEO of Khadijah Medical Clinic, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Inspired by personal tragedy—the death of his 13-month-old daughter, Khadijah, due to lack of immediate access to critical healthcare services—he established the clinic to address healthcare disparities in underserved communities. Under his leadership, Khadijah Medical Clinic now provides vital medical services, clean water initiatives, food aid, education, and emergency response programs in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Liberia, and Guinea. Mr. Kromah is also a recognized leader within his community and is actively involved in promoting health equity and cross-cultural partnerships.
Morris M. Kromah continues to passionately advocate for accessible healthcare and humanitarian development. He is nationally known for his grassroots advocacy efforts, motivational speaking, and commitment to building healthcare infrastructure in marginalized communities. His leadership has guided Khadijah Medical Clinic’s growth into an impactful international organization.
